Buying of the building of the Church

«Enlarge the place of your tent,and let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out;do not hold back; lengthen your cordsand strengthen your stakes.

For you will spread abroad to the right and to the left, and your offspring will possess the nations and will people the desolate cities»

(Isaiah 54:2,3)

This building really is our home, in which, except the room for Church services, man's rehabilitation center and the apartments are situated.
Our guests, church leaders, missionaries sojourn in this apartment. As well the newly formed families, who do not have yet their own apartments, live. Besides the Church premises and Office, in the
house there are 14 living rooms so that it can take and hold simultaneously more than 25 people.

This house is a strategically important object for Christians of Katzrin. Not only because it is a base of our community. Our community, except this house, rents two more houses and the apartment, in which the Male and Female warm homes of the first and second levels are situated.

But we still need our own premises from which we can not to be expelled at any time. And it is very important in Israel! When persecutions on the Christians begin, some groups of people "press" the owners of houses and apartments, forcing them not to lease the premises to Christians! Therefore at any time it can appear so that the owner, despite of all respect and good relation towards our community, will ask us to free his private property, and we again should move.

History of the house and our ministry:

In 2008, Vladimir Kryuchkov, the pastor and the leader of rehabilitation center of Messianic Congregation "Living Israel" received revelation from God to start rehabilitation ministry in Katzrin - the capital of the Golan Heights, "in the district of Caesarea Philippi," where Jesus walked with his disciples (Matthew 16: 13). The acquisition of this particular building will help us to rise to new levels of ministries, will provide a greater spread of the Gospel in Israel and will promote a powerful awakening in the Golan Heights. And that's why this is so:

In January of the same 2008 six people arrived to Katzrin, including the future pastor of the Church of Katzrin Gennady Shaulov. They rented a small house with three bedrooms and a hall, which was let them on hire by a family of the believers, wishing to serve God in this way- with their house! The rehabilitation center and church came into existence from this house
in Katzrin. God's blessings came with the first steps on this earth.

Through the same people who have offered the house, they found work in vineyards. In
the house worship of Lord in Russian began. The inhabitants of the town also started to attend them. Previously in the town the community of the church "Penuel” from Tiberias had existed, but the pastor of the community had gone to
the Lord by that time, and its parishioners were as "scattered sheep”. They started to visit the new church from Congregation "Living Israel”.
These church worship united believers of the city and led to acquaintance and friendship with the Finnish
mission. Parishioners of the Finnish church began to attend the new church too. In this way our community in Katsrin started to grow and to develop. And the
friendship with the Finnish pastor was growing. He began to bring guests to our church and to pray for us and our worship. He helped to organize fund-raising, food and necessary things for house and economy delivery, because our ministry constantly needs assistance. We gratefully accept
donations from believers from all over the world.

Also the pastor from Finland had pioneered the solicitation of funds for
the purchase of a house. Several Finnish churches that had made up the congregation 'Lev Hatsafon ' (' the heart of the North '), started to collect
money. The house costs 350,000 euro. The Lord has placed in the hearts of Finnish brothers and sisters from the Congregation to collect 180.000 euro. 100,000 euro has been already collected. These wonderful people go across Finland and talk about Israel and about our Ministry, about awakening of the faith in the
North and about the needs of those people and communities who are here is the army of Christ. Already about one-third of the sum has been collected! Glory to
God! It confirms that our desire to purchase the building is blessed by Him and necessary for Him!

In July of 2008, the leader of the female ministries Natalia had arrived to
Katzrin. She became Pastor Gennady’s wife and opened a women's warm House. It
accepted at once 25 women, who needed salvation and deliverance. It is for them
then this villa had been rented, which later became a favorite home for the

3. IN OUR TOWN THIS HOUSE IS THE BEST for OUR PURPOSES:

it is located at the entrance of the town there are 14 rooms and 3 autonomous entrances in it

• Except the church premises it has the office, separate apartment with two bedrooms and a lounge room, the second
floor with large kitchen, several bathrooms, a lounge room and 5 bedrooms with two and three beds in them.

• around the house there is a lot of earth on which it is possible to build additional facilities and expand.

• people can come to pray here for 24 hours a day.

• it is possible to open new services: children’s ministry, ministry to the older generation, and so on.

• and the most important thing is - no one will be able to expel us from this House!

4. OUR OWN HOUSE IS THE BASE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF OUR
MINISTRIES AND SPREAD OF THE GOSPEL ON THE GOLAN HEIGHTS!
