I arrived from Odessa in 1999 with the purpose to change the life because previously I had only prisons and drugs... But as brains and habits remained the same, I quickly started doing the same things from what I had left. Then I began to use heavy drugs.

                          After some time I found myself in the street. I passed through different state rehabilitation centers, and I wasn't released. Freed for a shot time, again I came back to the old. The family refused of me, and I lived in the street.

                             When I heard that there was a Christian center, I went there with the only purpose- to eat, to find a roof over the head and clothes... And when I arrived to Haifa to a monastery!.... I was brought by guys, who were on evangelization: brothers Gleb and Ruslan. They brought me to the train because I couldn't walk, and weighed less than 40 kg. I was touched by the attitude of the brothers towards me, their love and attention, but I didn't understand for what it was, and waited that they would require something in return. And it appeared that it was just God's grace and love that flow on me through brothers surrounding me.

                            I have remained and now I have a family, which I love, and I can't and I don't want even to imagine myself without them. Now I have a bride (Vika and her certificate), and God has great plans for me, and I serve Him. (Foto of Sergey and Victoria's engagement)
